About the Owner
Thank you for your time in checking out my business page. My name is Rocky, I've been happily married for 9 years to my amazing wife and father to a toddler boy and now our baby girl that was born at the end of November. I have thought about starting my own company for years but never seemed quite like the right time. However, due to the pandemic I was laid off from the excavation company I was working for. I was able to find another full-time job temporarily until I could get back to excavation. My wife is a full-time nurse and thankfully through the pandemic my mother has been our amazing childcare provider. Unfortunately, back in June my mother had a bad accident and broke her leg in multiple places. We found ourselves completely out of consistent childcare and we were not able to afford out of home childcare or at least the ratio to childcare cost to my income was not worth the time away from my son. We felt that I would be basically working just to pay for childcare, which I’m sure many families can relate. I decided it was time to start my own business to fit around our childcare needs and my wife’s work schedule so I can continue to provide for my family and be able to enjoy spending time with my children.

I have over a decade of experience in outdoor maintenance from pressure washing, roof and gutter cleaning, window washing, general yard maintenance, junk removal and excavation. I take pride in being professional, dedicated, hardworking, honest and charge fair prices. I am a family man, love the great outdoors, and fishing is a great passion of mine.
Services
GUTTER CLEANING
We offer 3 different Gutter cleaning Packages:

Basic Clean:
Removal of debris, unclog downspouts, and tap in any loose gutter nails.
Minimum charge $125, includes up to 125 linear feet of gutter. Additional charge per linear foot greater then 125 linear feet.

Deluxe Clean:
Removal of debris, rinse out sludge from inside of gutters, unclog downspouts, and tap in any loose gutter nails.
Minimum charge $187.50, includes up to 125 linear feet of gutter. Additional charge per linear foot greater then 125 linear feet.
​
Premium Clean:
Removal of debris, rinse out sludge from inside of gutters, unclog downspouts, pressure wash exterior of gutters including downspouts, and tap in any loose gutter nails.
Minimum charge $250, includes up to 125 linear feet of gutter. Additional charge per linear foot greater then 125 linear feet.

WINDOW CLEANING
We provide 3 different Window cleaning packages:

Basic Clean:
$12.50 per window, includes cleaning of 1 side, either interior OR exterior.
​
Deluxe:
$17.50 per window, includes interior AND exterior and screen cleaning.
​
Premium:
$22.50 per window. Includes both interior AND exterior, cleaning of screens, tracks and frame.
​
Storm Window Basic:
$15 per window, includes cleaning of either interior OR exterior.
​
Storm Window Deluxe:
$25 per window, includes cleaning of both interior AND exterior, screen cleaning.
ROOF CLEANING
& MOSS REMOVAL
Moss Treatment Application (only):
$125 minimum, includes up to 1500 Sqft. Additional $25 for each additional 500 Sqft after. This cost is only for application, see below for cost of removal.

Roof Cleaning & Moss Removal (3-4 weeks after treatment):
Removal of debris and moss from roof. Cost based per square footage, includes basic gutter clean out. Will provide quote after measurements taken.

**We NEVER pressure wash roofs**
